Early Bird DKP Bonus : 2 DKP for Core/Casual Raiders online @750pm during invites and raid ready. Raiders who are AFK or still in Battleground/Instance during the invite will not be given the bonus.
Raid per Hour ( awarded to both Raiders and Sit Out ) : 5 DKP
Every Progressive Kill (awarded to both Raiders and Sit Out ) : 5 DKP
Off Spec Loot : FOC base on roll, pray for luck before raid.
Raiders not invited to raid, please ensure that your exact nick is parked in Vent Sit Out channel and inform your LEADER for registration purposes.
Please do your part to assist DKP officer to keep track of the attendance easier, or else any lost of DKP we will not be responsible.
If Sit Out raiders is needed for raid but was AFKed, offline from WOW and unable to locate thru Vent, 5 mins allowance respond time is given before the DKP for the whole duration of raid is revoked.
Benefits for Sit Out DKP system:
Example : Genx is late for raid and is on Sit Out. ( Hourly DKP awarded ). Guild advanced and going to kill next boss, Kiramisu does not need any loot from the boss, hence, he swap for Genx to get the Chest. Kira will not lose out DKP by doing so.
This is to encourage pple to give up the slot for raiders who needs it more. To gear up raiders faster also help guild in progressing. We need raiders to be more understanding and helpful on this portion in the class channel.
We will try to not let class leaders to sit out as they have their duties to accomplished to assist raid leader in assigning duties and guide new comers, if any.
If raider went totally offline ( wow and vent ) when sit out, we will remove the sit out DKP and will also consider the guild rank again over a period of 2 weeks.
Loot Priority:
Healers will not have priority over gears compared to DPSer.
However, we will give healers a head start of 60 dkp ( varies depending on gear’s cost for that raid instance ).
Main tank will still be having gear priority over off tanks, in a long run off tanks will have a higher chance in obtaining dps gears due to higher dkp, this is to be fair.
Caster DPSer will have priority over “Spell Hit” items over healers regardless of DKP.
For 10man raids, Gears will be on rolling system, but the above rules still applies.
However, I am sorry to inform that we are unable to regulate 10man loot for everyone.
Hence, the above shall not be an enforcement, more of a suggestion, hope that raiders are not too greedy over gears and able to pass it to those who needs them more, however DKP still plays the part, so if your DKP is higher and you wants it, the loot will still be yours
