Raid Slot Priority:
All Raids will formed at 750pm to ensure the raid can proceed for first pull asap. All core raiders will be invited according to First Come First Serve basis and of coz, class proportion. Invited raiders should be ready parking at instance summoning stones with consumables ready by 8pm. Casual raiders will be invited at 8pm if the raid is not full or otherwise special arrangements to swap them in for gears which the core doesnt need ( so that we do not waste the loot ). Special arrangement will be made in the individual class channels ( pls do not whisper me you need this or that, it will not be entertained ).
If the Raid is full:
We will recommand raiders with the lowest DKP to be on sitout if the respective class or spec is full. Reason being with the lowest DKP the raider might not be able to win specific loot that he needs, so stock up the DKP by siting out and farm for resources for raid till next visit. However, this might varies on raid needs and class leader will need to arrange.
Core Raiders Responsibility:
All Core Raiders will be treated as able to raid for all 3 raid days by default.
Core Raiders should prepare their consumables and correct talent before raid invite starts. They should have read the boss strategy and prepare all the necessary for at least 2 boss ahead after progression kill.
Core Raiders are expected to drop an in-game mail to officers every Monday to inform which of the 3 raid days you will be MIA (if any).
If Core Raiders went missing without informing or inform on the dot before raid start is never a good practice.
We will consider to downgrade your rank and recruit new raiders to replace the core raider spot.
Please note that you should be responsible for your attendance and be fair to other Core Raiders as well.
Casual Raiders Benefits:
For those who are unable to meet the 3 raid days by default and will random MIA without advance notice, will be classified as Casual Raiders. Casual Raiders will not be invited to raid even they were online earlier, as mentioned on the above section, they will be invited to fill up empty raid slots when core raiders fail to attend raids.
They should have read the boss strategy and prepare all the necessary for at least 2 boss ahead after progression kill.
Casual:
Casuals are usually friends/relatives of either one of your members.
Casuals will not be able to join guild's main 25/10man raids and DKP will not be awarded as well.
However, they are open to PUG and also form raids with guild's Alts.
Alternate Toons:
We will try our best to fill raid slots with Main instead of Alternates.
However, in any case that Alternate is needed DKP will be awarded to the Main toon but does not have the priority to bid on loots even DKP is higher then other Mains.
The decision of whether engaging your alternates or not lies on raid leader of the specific raid.
